These days I keep my online passwords locked away using KeePass, stored on an encrypted server. The file also synchronises to a few trusted devices using ownCloud for both accessib .
This is not the most complex system that I’ve come across or can think of, but I just don’t think you can trust any commercial system with your secrets, despite what they say they do to protect you. This setup is completely isolated to other applications and passwords can be dragged and dropped into the browser. Between ownCloud’s recycle bin and sync resolution along with KeePass’s merge database, there’s little worry of losing a password
